Greens Norton Parish Gouncil
The Parish Council meets on the first Monday of each month at the Methodist Chapel Rooms, Bradden Road unless that Monday is a Bank Holiday in which case it meets on the following evening.
Should you, due to disability, be unable to access the premises detailed as the meeting place, please advise the Parish Clerk and every effort will be made to accommodate your request to attend the meeting.
There is opportunity for the public to bring issues to the Council prior to each meeting between 7pm and 7.15pm.
The normal monthly meeting of the Council follows that Public Voice time.
Members of the public are welcomed at all meetings of the Council but may speak only if invited to do so.
Members of the public may also address the Council upon individual items listed on the agenda for a period not longer than 3 minutes provided that three clear days notice is given to the Parish Clerk of the intention.
