Proposals to expand a small industrial site near Silverstone have been turned down by planners
This week South Northamptonshire refused an outline application for 10 commercial units covering around 3,650msq along with a solar park that would power the businesses, on land next to the Linnell's wood yard off the A413.

South Northants Council has now opened the consultation plan for the deposited Silverstone Parish Plan and Design Statement. 63 organisations have been invited to comment on the plan, including representatives of fevelopers as well as various statutory bodies. The official count of those who attended the Parish Plan exhibition in the Church Rooms on Friday and Saturday, 2nd and 3rd December was 222.
